THE MINIMAL BASE PREPARATION OF A SELF-DEFENSE ON JIU-JITSU SCHOOL


LESSON 1

"THE SET. IMPACT WITHOUT PREPARATION"

It is necessary to you with first steps of study Jiu-jitsu to remember, that most important - self-defense. Without a self-defense, any attack is a suicide. Protection yourselves - important and difficult process, to which you will come back always.

2-3 weeks you should devote to the following exercises:
  • The Set. Be passed naturally and stop, having made a step forward. Knees slightly direct inside - groin is closed. Hands naturally lift so long as a palm will not be at a level of temples - head and case are closed. One hand ahead. The difficult high situation of hands can seem, but in due course will understand and will get used. From this set it is easy to move in any direction. Slightly move, stop, check up the set - groin, a head, case are closed. A back equal. The brushes are compressed in a fist.
  • Get used! If the legs - have got tired have stirred up serially by each leg, the hands - have got tired have stirred up by hands. After each exercise or reception small rest - relaxation by the following described image. Execise "Empty sleeves". The hands are lowered and are weakened. The legs are placed on width of shoulders. Have rocked by the case to the left, and hands send behind the case, body (centre of gravity) has rolled over on the left leg. Further on inertia. Have rocked by the case to the right, and hands send to the right, the body has rolled over on the right leg and so on. Each time is necessary to make 10 - 15 times. Keep up, that the back should be equal. Hands must dangle without a voltage as thread.
  • Run. Define for itself a distance up to 1-st km. In a room by the size in a basketball platform - about 10 - 15 circles. Lift hands in deaf protection (palm at a level of temples) and naturally overcome a distance by usual run by average rate.
  • Run. After small rest repeat previous execise, having added impacts by hands from deaf protection. Emission by the left hand to the left, right hand to the right. After everyone of blow a hand return in indistinct protection. Constantly check - palms at a level of temples. With impacts not often.
  • Run. Too exercise, but run by a side with step. Impacts by hands before itself.
  • Run by a back. Of a Hand in deaf protection. To look through a shoulder on a direction of run.
The first lessons are devoted much to running with addition of various impacts by hands and legs. You should get used to beat without preparation. And only then pass directly to receptions. Remember the opponent never there is on a place, even most inexperienced, it moves. The fighter passes on a throw. The purpose of the boxer - head, body. A distance, speed for run define. The large speed and the long run - is unessential. The main quality of your moving.
