LESSON 4

"RELEASE FROM SEIZURES. A SHUTTLE WITH CORD. IMPACTS."

  • The Insurance. Squat, fall on a back with the insurance on a plane of both direct hand. The hand are directed to legs along cases. By palms beat off a covering, so that the most part of a load had on hand. Too fall on a side with the insurance on a plane of one direct hand directed to legs along cases. And second hand insure a head, beating off from a covering at a head. Further standing on legs fall on a breast with the insurance smooth but short rolling on a stomach and knees.
  • Impacts by a palm, rib of a palm, elbow, knee, ñòîïîé of a leg. Standing on a place execute all impacts on turn slowly. Then alternate checking the rack. The knees are slightly directed inside, the toes look directly. A back a straight line. Remember it is impossible to put force impact by a joint, wrist. By such movement it is possible to put only to itself a trauma. Impact by a palm - the Fingers are slightly bent in joints. The large finger and little finger press to a palm. All impact is necessary on a bottom of a palm. On the right hand - it is more on the left part. On the left hand - it is more on the right part of a palm. The impact by an elbow - all force is necessary on the bottom part of a forearm. The impact short from below, sideways, from above, then elbow falls to a breast, thus returning an hand to deaf protection. Impact by a knee - from deaf protection a jerk by hand before itself, seizure by brushes and impact by a knee with great reserve by hand on a femur. All load is necessary on the bottom part of a femur, but not a joint. The impact by a leg - all load is necessary on stop, at all on a rib and not on a toe. Impact by a fist more traumatic, than impact by a palm. The emission of a fist more high-speed, than emission of a palm, but palm allows to make more power impact from cases.
  • A distance. All receptions and exercises are carried out on a distance. The choice of a correct distance has the large meaning for a self-defense and conducting fight. On first steps of study you should betray the most important meaning of a distance at work with the partner. There are three types of a distance. 1) Distance of near fight 2) Average distance 3) Distant distance The most important distance for conducting fight - average, from which the opponent should make even one step to get up to you. From this distance you can react to his any movement, impact. Periodically check a distance for exercises and receptions without the weapon as follows: legs together at both partners, hand extended before itself. Both stand so far, that tips of fingers of one partner adjoin with tips of fingers of other partner. Then at everyone one leg withdrawal back, and the hand are grouped in deaf protection. Both partners stand in the set. With the weapon at one partner the distance is checked on tips of fingers of hand one and êîí÷èêó of the weapon in hand another, i.e. it is extended.
  • A shuttle with a cord. 2 partners become the friend before the friend on a distance. At one partner a cord in an hand. Periodically check a distance on tips of fingers and cord. Check the set. The legs are slightly bent in knees. First makes high-speed emission of a cord on the second partner, which carries out a shuttle back (withdrawal back, since a back leg) and sharp approach forward on a former distance. The partner makes high-speed emission of a cord on a head, alternating with by a direction in the case, in legs. The centre of gravity is in regular intervals distributed (in regular intervals allocated) on both legs at any movement. The case goes in regular intervals. Wrong performance, if the head deviates, and the legs remain on a place or on the contrary.
