Judicial board and the secretary

  • Judicial board and the secretary consists of the Main Judge, Main Secretary, Judges (not less than 4 men), Lateral Judges, Time Judges, Secretaries (not less than 2).
  • the Main Judge periodically changes structure of a Judicial brigade on a mat in avoidance of judicial mistakes.
  • The Main Judge has the right to change an estimation of fight, also to decide additional time or additional duel.
  • The Main Judge if necessary interferes in the Judicial decision of fight and amends.

The Structure
of a Judicial brigade on a mat

Judges, 2 lateral Judges and Time Judgeare on a mat during fight. All the Judges have a high qualifying degree of preparation. Judge gives an estimation of fight. In the difficult moments the result is coordinated with the Lateral Judges.

A Category "B"

Category "B" - fight of two participants in gloves with open fingers. To competitions in a Category "B" the participant of any style and directions is supposed, assuming, that he will keep strictly fixed rules.

A Category "C"

In a Category "C" the participant conducts sparring against 4 armed and unarmed attacking. To competitions in a Category "C" the participant with qualification not of a below Brown Belt (1-kyu) or Candidate in the Foreman of Sports (CFS) is supposed.

Preparation
of the participants of a Category "B"

The secretary announces 1-st pair for conducting fight and 2 pair for preparation. First announced of a steam approaches to the Lateral Judges. The Lateral Judges help to dress girdles of difference and glove, and also checks all equipment. Announced first in a steam becomes to the Lateral Judge at the left (by the left arm from Judge, which helps him to dress a red belt of difference atop of girdles of the appropriate qualification of the participant. Announced second in a steam becomes to the Second Lateral Judge on the right (by the right arm) from Jufge, which helps him to dress a dark blue belt of difference atop of girdles of the appropriate qualification of the participant. On termination a duel or during a stopping each participant comes back on own place.

Judge commands

  • After complete equipment the participant completely unconditionally follows by Judge commands. For infringement of a Judge commands is taken out from competitions all participants of represented club or organizations.
  • Before a duel or at a stopping Judge can by gesture or vote to call up to itself the participants and to remind them the forbidden actions, other moments of rules or to give the necessary indicatings.
  • Judge gives a beginning to a duel at first by team "have prepared", and then simultaneously by team "fight" and gesture of an arm before itself.
  • By a command "feet" (the clap by a palm on one of the participants) Jãâïó is in addition possible stops a duel (in extreme situations fight lateral judges) also can stop.

A fights rules of a Category "B"

The duel consists of one round 2 minutes. If the time of fight has left, and the winner is not decided, gives additional time of a duel, or the fight conducts before the first active action.

The Forbidden actions

  • impacts in a head by an arm, elbow on carrying by attack;
  • impacts on eyes, head in a head;
  • any impacts in a throat, in a neck, on a nape, backbone, on a clavicle, in an inguen, in a knee and is lower;
  • impacts by fingers, stings, pain receptions on fingers;

A Fight Rule of a Category "C"

The participant becomes in mat center. 4 assistants form a square around of the participant, distance specifies Judge. The assistants on - one, and then on - two attack the participant on a Judge signal. The number of attacks makes 60-100 attacks. The rate of attack sets Judge, and makes 1-3 seconds, is estimated proceeding from 100 numbers. At exhibiting an estimation reliability and reality of protection, rate, dynamics and balance is taken into account.

The following attacks Are used:

  • impacts by a knif (blunt-shaped edge of length 12-25 sm);
  • stick impacts (length 120-140sm);
  • impacts by arms and legs, serial attacks,
  • seizure arms, legs, case, neck.

A Victory in a Category "B"

  • A victory by a knockout (3 seconds), victory by a series of impacts (Having brought down), dyspnea or pain reception three an output for a circle (square) of mat;
  • for conditional impact in struggle laying, when the protection is impossible;
  • under the decision of the judges, for active actions in additional time;
  • in default of one of the participants from continuation of fight;
  • putting off(taking out) of one of the participants under the decision of the doctor;
  • the trainer has given back a victory.

Active action

The active action considers any estimated impact, by rules boxing or throw by rules sambo, judo, and also output for a circle (square) of a mat

The Output for a circle

About an output of the participant for a circle (square) decide Judge and Lateral Judges depending on conducting a duel. The decision depends on a distance of a duel, carry of a centre of gravity, seizures, struggle.

The Output is set off

  • When the participant will push out or (square) of mat is born for a circle.
  • When only one participant has left by both legs for limits of a circle (square) of mat.
  • When only one participant has left by one leg (enough by toe or Back part of a foot) for a circle (square) of mat, having passed on centre of gravity.

The Output is not set off

  • When between the participants the struggle Sitting or laying is fastened
  • When between the participants the active dense struggle in seizure standing is fastened.
  • When both participants send for limits of a circle (square) of mat simultaneously or one behind another.

Results

  • Results of competitions are made out by the protocol, and subscribe by all members of judicial board.
  • The Protest moves by the representative of a team in written form, all questions at issue are decided The Main Judge at once after fight ending.
