OF JIU-JITSU AND SELF-DEFENSE

The Purpose and task of competitions

  • Popularization Jiu-jitsu (Ju-jitsu) and self-defense.
  • Development and strengthening of sports communications between clubs.
  • An Exchange of professional experience.
  • Rising of sports skill.
  • Perfection of judicial board.
  • Formation harmoniously advanced and the active person.

A Condition of the admission to competitions

  • Application for participation of the fixed form till Febrary 8, 2004.
  • the Passport or document certifying the person of each participant.
  • a Photo 3*4 on each participant.
  • the Insurance policy of each participant.
  • the Medical information on the admission to competitions on each participant.
  • the Charges on travel, residing, feed are incured by the sending party.

the Payment for participation

  • the Members of BRPU of Jiu-jitsu and the self-defenses participate in competitions free-of-charge.
  • of a Team of near and distant foreign countries participate in competitions free-of-charge.
  • For teams of Republic of Belarus the payment makes 7 thousand roubles. For each participant.

Terms and place of realization of competitions

  • of Competition will be spent to the address: Belarus,. Gomel city, Sports Building, Lenin str. 2-a, game hall (2nd floor).
  • of Competition are designed for one days: Febrary 22, 2004. A beginning at 11.00. Passage in greppling hall on 1-st floor
  • Febrary 21,2004 - record a steam.

A Category of participation

The competitions will be spent on the following Categories "B", "C" and "D".
  • A Category "B" - fighting of two participants in gloves with open fingers. To competitions in a Category "In" is supposed the participant of any style and directions, assuming, that it(he) will keep strictly fixed rules.
  • A Category "C" the participant - conducts sparring against 4 armed and unarmed attacking. To competitions in a Category "C" is supposed the participant with qualification not of a below brown girdle (1-kyu).
  • A Category "D" - participant - girl (woman) demonstrates engineering of a self-defense against one armed and unaided opponent.

an Age category

The competitions will be carried out(spent) on the following age categories:
  • children with 9 till 14 years;
  • of the young man with 15 till 18 years;
  • the man since 18 years also is more senior;
  • of the girl since 14 years;
  • the woman.

Weight categories

The competitions will be carried out(spent) on the following weight categories. Weight categories for children and young men:
  • up to 35 kg; up to 38 kg; up to 40 kg; up to 45 kg; up to 50 kg;
Weight categories for the men:
  • up to 60 kg; up to 67.5 kg; up to 73 kg; up to 79 kg; up to 85 kg; more than 85 kg.
The main trainer of a team (Representative of a team) should give the exact items of information on weight of each participant.

Judicial board and the secretary

  • Judicial board and the secretary consists of the Main judge, Main secretary, Judges (not less than 4 men), lateral judges, judges with clock, secretaries (not less than 2 men).
  • the Main judge periodically changes structure of a judicial brigade on mat in avoidance of judicial mistakes.
  • the Main judge has the right to change an estimation of fight, also to permit additional time or additional duel.
  • the Main judge if necessary interferes in the decision of judge of fight and amends.

Mats and equipment of the participant

The fights will be spent on mat by the size 6x6, 8x8 with the outlined circle (square) or on two identical üôå simultaneously. The participants should be equipped in a kimono (jacket and long trousers with an emblem represented their school, style, direction), girdle of the appropriate qualification and soft footwear, and also glove with open fingers.
  • it is authorized to the Participant to a wish to put on protective things.
  • Use of a helmet, own gloves on competitions is forbidden.

A medical Care and responsibility

On competitions is present the medical personnel for rendering the first medical care. The responsibility for accident BRPU of Jiu-jitsu and self-defense does not carry!
