THE REFERENCE on a healthy image of life
On the first place in any occupation in life everyone there should be a health, its conservation and strengthening.
Without which there leave happiness, reliance, trainings. Without which there is no way of development forward.
Its conservation represents daily difficult process, to which on the initial stages of occupations
it is necessary under duress to get used. To keep heat, to watch a feed, physically and psychologically to not process.
TRAINING AND PREPARATORY EXERCISES
Jiu-jitsu training one of the most difficult physical processes.
Which load is necessary on all joints, muscle, tendon and certainly internal bodies:
heart, mild, stomach and others. Some types of preparatory exercises are supposed: general complete, fast, local, children's, deep.
On children's training a part the time is necessarily given preparation exercises, which in the greater degree represent
game, improving elements. In adult groups is necessary, that everyone is independent, passing from general to
individual, prior to the beginning preparation training. A condition of health, the constitution of a body defines personal features of a complex
preparatory exercises. The general complex of preparatory exercises is described in section of base Jiu-jitsu and self-defense lessons.
Habit to make a some basic exercises for preparation of muscles and tendons, results to
their gradual strengthening, also to strengthening a general condition of health.
